Sherman College Lyceum expecting over 1,000 visitors to Spartanburg

This year's Lyceum event held at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic is expected to bring in a crowd of over 1,000 visitors to Spartanburg, and close to $2 million for the Upstate community. The annual event will be held Thursday, May 22 through Sunday, May 25, 1997.

Sherman College expects to host alumni from 17 different countries for this four-day event, which offers outstanding speakers, instructional sessions, continuing education programs for chiropractors and chiropractic assistants, and of course, plenty of entertainment, food, fun and inspiration. The main events will take place on the Sherman College campus on Springfield Road.

Program highlights include: Marlo Morgan, author of the New York Times Bestseller "Mutant Message Down Under;" Jim Rohn, "Going from Average to Fortune," whose message is known to make the beginning of a new journey toward unparalleled achievement and success for all who listen; Gwen Resick-Rennich, "How to Be a Better Communicator," whose credits include over 10 years experience as a news co-anchor, co-co-host and story producer. Whatever the message, Ms. Rennich knows how to present it with the power and impact that will make people listen.
